How female leaders create balance in a companies workplace ecosystem

Even in the midst of unprecedented difficulties, challenger bank 3S Money has expanded rapidly in 2020 mostly through the unique management approach of two brilliant female leaders: Head of Compliance Alena Kibale and Head of Client Relationship Management department Tetiana Terletska

Reviewing this one hell of a year, I am truly thankful for gaining new inspiration: since joining 3S Money I’ve been watching two of my colleagues Alena and Tetiana building new departments from scratch – and believe me it's been an amazing feat to witness. Working together, they created a perfect balance in the company’s ecosystem; in a very short period of time under well-known 2020 challenges they managed to harmonise automation and much-needed human touch. Arriving at a happy medium point between these two approaches they enabled results to be delivered to clients as effectively as possible.

Working hand-in-hand with our IT department, Alena pioneered our "smart compliance" process.
